GENERAL CONDITIONS - EVENTELEC
 
1. Terms
 
1.1. Any order implies acceptance of these terms
1.2. To be validated, any command (Pro-forma Invoice) must be signed by the representative of the client company accompanied by the words "signed as agreement". The original document must give  us by mail or in person.
1.3. In order to submit an order, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the estimate is required. No construction will be undertaken without this deposit.
1.4. The balance of the invoice will be paid within 10 days after the end of the event. . Agios delay are: 2.5% monthly prorated as of the due date.
1.5. No cancellations eligible for reimbursement will be accepted.
1.6: Any validation after the deadline specified on the pro forma invoice will either be refused or accompanied by clauses releasing the responsibility of the company EVENTELEC on partial achievement of initial objectives.
1.7: No order can not be less than 250 €
1.8: An electrical compliance certificate is issued for free if the installations were performed by EVENTELEC and if the billing amount exceeds 400 €. In all other cases, the certificate will be charged 300 € HT.
 
2. Transportation
 
EVENTELEC can not be held responsible for delays and failures in implementing the terms of the contract due to transport incidents made by another provider that EVENTELEC
 
3. Hire
 
3.1. The rental equipment must be returned in original condition. Damage and changes will be charged extra.
3.2. The rental period is calculated per day of 24 hours and starts from first to last day of the event. The provision is 48 hours before the event and the return must be effective at the end of the event. Any contrary provision shall be stipulated on the contract.
3.3. The customer is not entitled to any compensation in case of interruption of operation of the rented equipment. Our service is present to prevent and repair  any incident.
3.4. The regulation of the rental amount must be paid at  order.
3.5 The customer commit oneself to insure all materials renting by EVENTELEC
 
4. Maintenance
 
4.1. A maintenance is provided every day of the event and during the opening hours.
4.2. The response time is 2 hours maximum after reporting the incident and that, within the regulations of the event.
4.3. Minor procedures who can’t create trouble for good running of the stand, will be conducted in the evening after the legal closing time of the event, and that, as part of the settlement.
4.4. The major interventions will be undertaken during the course of the event if the regulation allows it.
 
5. Litigation - Applicable law
   5.1. All clauses in these Terms and Conditions are subject to French law
         All litigation  arising services or rental delivery operations will be submitted to the Commercial Court of Grasse (06)
