Maintenance Terms – EVENTELEC
1. Terms
1.1. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these
1.2. To be validated, any order (Pro-forma Invoice) must be signed by the representative of the client company accompanied by the words "Good for agreement". The original of this document must be delivered to us by mail, email or by hand.
1.3. the validation of an order requires the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the estimate. No work will be undertaken without this deposit.
1.4. The balance of the invoice will be paid no later than 10 days after the end of the event. . The late fees are: 2.5% monthly pro rata temporis from the due date.
1.5. No cancellation giving right to a refund will be accepted.
2 Maintenance
2-1: Maintenance is a service which ensures the proper functioning of the stand during the period of the show.
2-2: Maintenance encompasses all the items making up the stand
- Electricity
- Carpentry
- decoration
- Apparatus
2-3: The response time is 30 minutes maximum after reporting the incident
2.4. Minor incidents that do not create any difficulty for the good commercial operation of the stand will be dealt with after the legal closing time of the event, within the framework of the regulations.
2.5. Major interventions will be undertaken during the course of the event if the regulations allow it.
2-6: If an incident resulting from a notorious failure to properly construct the stand occurs, the handling of the incident will be entirely the responsibility of the contractor.
2-7: The maintenance contract covers the following services:
- Diagnosis of the incident
- Repair of the incident in a time <15 minutes
Additional time to repair the incident will be charged 70 € / h
2-8: EventElec is not bound by any obligation of result even if it undertakes to do everything possible to solve any problem.
3 Bonus
5% discount on your first contract if no intervention carried out during the event ... 2% additional for each new contract under similar conditions. The bonus will be limited to 30% of the amount invoiced.
If an incident occurs, the last part of the bonus acquired will be deleted for each incident that occurs.
6. Litigation - Applicable law
6.1. All the clauses appearing in these GTC are subject to French law
All disputes arising from service or rental operations will be submitted to the Commercial Court of Grasse (06)
